Bash Is a Mother, Grandmother, Friend to many and now a sought after life coach. Bash would say she has been a Life Coach long before training and qualifying in the field. 

She started her career working in the Early Years sector and did this for over 35 years.. As a Childcare Expert she has set up nurseries, playgroups, children's centers and promoted the growth and quality of early childhood education over many decades. 

Bash has worked in the Voluntary Sector, Private sector and Local Government, throughout her career she has created and led high performing teams. As a response to the needs of residents following the Grenfell Tragedy, she set up The Space Therapeutic Centre providing holistic therapies to those affected by the tragedy. The service remains a crucial service in the recovery process for residents. This is just one example of her creative, dynamic approach. She is a true exemplar of a people person her deep seated interest in 'the person' along with her genuine empathy and emotional intelligence has dictated her academic path,. She has a BSc in Pyschology, MSc in Organisational and Organisational Psychology, NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner, as well as a portfolio of professional qualifications in Life Coaching and therapeutic techniques.

Clients have professed that working with Bash has 'changed their lives'. Bash attributes any changes clients make to themselves, but the fact remains - when you work with Bash 'effective change happens'.
